If you have a student who needs a password reset for Colegia please open a ticket from this website, or email reset@colegia.org.  


Include the student's:

First Name - 

Last Name - 

Student ID - 

Email that needs to be reset - 


If you are school staff, please cc the student or parent on your request to expedite getting the reset to them.  After the reset it is required that the student reset the password from the temporary one provided.  If this is for a young student the teacher or parent needs to aide in the reset.

To special request a bulk password reset for a group of students you will need to provide the complete information as an excel attachment.  It must contain one field for each item:


      First Name  Last Name Student ID Email to be reset

Bulk resets will be reset to the default password format of MMDDYYYYfl only, we can not accommodate special requests for specific passwords.
