After enrolling a student in a course there is a time delay before the student is enrolled in the course in Buzz. This is an automatic process so there is nothing more needed by the teacher or coach.
Enrollments are synced from the SIS (Maestro) to the LMS (Buzz) at the top of every hour. If you enroll a student at 2:02pm, they will have access to Buzz at 3:15pm. If you enroll another student at 2:58pm they will also have access at 3:15pm.
If more than 1 top of the hour has passed and you still do not see the student in Buzz, or the students SSO (single sign on) isn't taking them from Maestro to Buzz, please submit a ticket to support.
