Occasionally you may fail a quiz or assessment because of something outside your control, such as a power failure.  In a case like this you can request a retry of that assignment.  You need to make this request of your Virtual Teacher, not to the IT Help Desk.  

To contact your virtual teacher:

From Maestro

- Login

- Click "Current Courses" under the "My Space" panel on the left

- Click "Contact Teacher" on the panel with the course you want to get the retry for

- In the pop-up window compose your message

- Change the "Type" to Email

- Check the box for "Store Message as Student Communication"

- Click Send
