If you are a student, or the parent of a student, who needs a Colegia password reset contact your teacher and request they submit a reset request on your behalf.

 

You can contact your teacher by phone, text or email and let them know you need a password reset. Be sure to provide the teacher with your username/login name.

 

Your teacher will email us and cc you requesting the reset. Once we receive the request from the teacher we can reset the account.

 

We know this is an extra step for you, however this is done in the interest of your safety.

 

When we hear from your teacher we will take care of the reset right away.
