If you would like to connect an app in Colegia via Clever please review and follow the below instructions.

 

  • Come to us first and let us make the initial connection
  • The request must come from the Principal, Assistant Principal or Vice Principal 
  • Open a ticket by emailing support@colegia.org
  • Submit only one request per ticket (separate ticket for each app)
  • The request must contain:
    • Complete name of the App you wish to connect
      • Check the name in Clever to be sure you are giving the right name.  
      • Visit the Apps On Clever list to learn which apps are available through Clever https://clever.com/app-gallery
    • Confirmation your school has already subscribed.   We do not need the invoice, but please clearly state this is an active subscription. 
    • State that you wish to connect the app via Clever, do not refer to Colegia only Clever
    • List the school numbers you have subscribed
    • Specify which users are subscribed unless it is the full school.
      • Examples - All Math classes or All 6-7th grade students, etc.
      • If listing "All Math classes" you do not need to list the teachers or sections we will limit to "Math"


Please make sure you are familiar with the type of app you are requesting:

Apps marked "Rostering" and "SSO, Rostering" are the ones you would want to use.

Apps marked only Single Sign On (SSO) will work but you will still be required to roster your students, teachers and sections inside the app.

If the app is SSO (Saved Passwords) connecting via Clever does not provide any benefit to your users.  It is a courtesy link only.  We will be happy to add it for you but you will still need to create accounts and do your own rostering.  It will be a shortcut in Colegia to the url only.

Apps labeled SSO (SAML) will not be connected


Our team will submit the request to connect the app if not already in use by another school, or set up the sharing for your school if the app is already connected.  

Some apps approve and configure accounts faster than others.  Each app is a 3rd party vendor and has their own process.

Please contact the apps support department for issues inside their program or help using their systems.
