If a password was reset and still did not work please review the following:
1. Try the reset.
Support will always reset to the default password.
MM - 2 digit month of birth
YYYY - 4 digit year of birth
f - First initial lower case
l - Last initial lower case
We understand this is the same password format that the school provided and you tried before reaching out. However support runs a process to override everything stored and set it back to this format. Even if you tried this format and it did not work, please try once more after Support has reset.
2. Check the usernmane
The student's username contains:
First initial
First 4 characters of the student's first last name
3 number digits
For instance a student:
Juan Rodriguez would be formatted jrodr001
Rebecca Jones-Thomas would be rjone001
Usernames do not contain the full last name
Usernames do not contain the second or additional last names
The 3 digits may NOT always be 001 if you are issued 009 or 032 you must use the numbers assigned
3. Check the error message
If you enter the username and password then are prompted with 4 boxes that is the required Reset on First Login.
This means the reset DID work and it is allowing you to reset to a password of your choice
The error message that the new password did not meet the minimum complexity means your newly selected password is not strong enough or was used previously
Enter the username
The OLD password is the default MMDDYYYYfl
The NEW and CONFIRM are the password you are selecting for future use
